We started because too many people felt directionless

Back in 2017, we noticed something troubling. Talented professionals everywhere were stuck in careers that paid well but left them empty. They had skills, ambition, and energy—but no clear sense of why any of it mattered.

Vera Lindström

Senior Program Architect

Vera spent 12 years in organizational psychology before joining Dalorimexis in 2019. She noticed that most career development programs ignored the fundamental question of purpose—they focused on skills and advancement without addressing why people were pursuing those goals in the first place.

At Dalorimexis, she designs curriculum that forces participants to examine their assumptions. Her approach is direct and sometimes uncomfortable, but it works because it treats adults like adults who can handle difficult questions.

She holds a doctorate in applied psychology from Stockholm University and previously led leadership development programs for technology companies across Northern Europe.
